SneakLab Return and Refund Policy

At SneakLab, your satisfaction is our priority. If you wish to return a product or request a refund, please see our policy below for details.

Return Period: You have 30 calendar days from receipt of your order to make a return. After this period, returns will no longer be accepted.

Return Conditions

Shoes must be in perfect condition, unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Any tags or stickers must be intact.
Customized or discounted products are not eligible for return.
Return Procedure: To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@sneak-lab.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will then provide you with a return authorization and a shipping address.

Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are your responsibility, except in the case of an error on our part or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt. A refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.

Defective or Incorrect Products: If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at support@sneak-lab.com, providing photos if possible. We will then arrange for a return and a refund or replacement.
